This document has been prepared by Credit Canada, a non-profit organization that helps people develop their financial management skills.

They have also included material aimed specifically at young people, including information on saving for postsecondary education and developing a realistic budget.

The document also includes a glossary of common financial terms like credit risk, default and secured loan.
