This document provides a selection of writings by adults taking part in programs offered by The Learning Centre Literacy Association in Edmonton, Alberta.
The contributions include anecdotes and opinion pieces. There are several poems that focus on the record snowfall Edmonton experienced during the previous year.
Some writers share their experiences as learners. Others describe memories of childhood or write about their families.
The Learning Centre Literacy Association offers reading, writing, math and other programs for adults.
