Employment Track Express: Student Manual (2008)

Employment Track Express: Student Manual

Authors: Stephanie Balsdon, Sandra Hennessey

This manual, developed through the Employment Track Express pilot project, is intended for use with laid-off workers. It combines computer fundamentals and an introduction to essential skills with job-search strategies.

The computer skills modules of Employment Track Express are based on curriculum from the Computer Fundamentals course of the Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) program. ACE is an adult upgrading program delivered by Ontario community colleges as a Grade 12 equivalency program for the purposes of entrance to apprenticeship, college postsecondary programs and employment.
